By accessing or using CashChart ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
CashChart is a multi-business cashbook management application that allows users to track cash-in and cash-out transactions across multiple books and businesses. The App is provided "as is" and may be updated or changed at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the App or other users.
All transaction data, books, and business records you create within the App remain your property. We do not sell or share your financial data with third parties without your explicit consent.
When you invite team members to your business or books, you are responsible for the roles and permissions you assign. CashChart enforces role-based access (Admin, Partner, Staff for business; Admin, Editor, Viewer for books) but the granting of access remains your responsibility.
CashChart and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss resulting from inaccurate records.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
