We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and financial transaction data entered into the App. We also collect usage data such as login times and device information to improve the service.
Your information is used to: provide and operate the App, authenticate your identity, send account-related notifications (e.g. password reset), and improve app performance. We do not use your financial data for advertising.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and implement access controls to protect your data at rest. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial data with third parties. Data may be shared only when required by law or with your explicit consent (e.g. when you invite team members to your business).
When you add team members to your business or book, those members can access data according to the roles you assign. You are solely responsible for managing who has access to your business and financial records.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications to your device. Your device token is stored securely and used only to deliver app notifications. We do not share FCM tokens with third parties.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
The web version of CashChart uses cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
